Provincial School Boy / Girl  Championship

Feb. 15^th – 18^th

     I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the participants on advancing to the provincial final and wish you good luck in this competition. Please enjoy your stay in Carleton Place and feel welcome in our club. 

     There are several things we need from you to complete our final preparations before next week. One copy of each form is included in your package and may be copied or you can download them from our website at http://www.cpcc.ovca.com.

 Immediately after the regional playoffs:

 ·        Convenors - fax your recap sheet to the O.C.A. and to me (613) 253-0644

 ·          Coaches – fax Team Information Sheet to me (613) 253-0644 or e-mail it to  
       mcintyre4@rogers.com  by Feb 10, 2007

·       Order any merchandise as on the Merchandise Order Form. You will be able to buy some items when you arrive. Payment can be made on arrival by cash or cheque only.

·       Order banquet tickets for parents and spectators on the Merchandise order form.  Banquet tickets are $20 and may be paid for when you arrive.

 

     Although some information has been included in your packages I would appreciate you checking our website and fill out the various forms on line and return them to me at mcintyre4@rogers.com or fax (613) 253-0644.
